Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional advice in the headlease estate, including negotiations with Network Rail and developers.
• Effective contract management of car parks and commercial property providers.
• Identify new opportunities to drive revenue and improve customer experience.
• Manage property services to maximize efficiency and deliver business objectives.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal colleagues.
• Assist with the instruction and management of external agents, consultants, and solicitors.
• Deliver an efficient and effective service to internal and external colleagues.
• Deliver income in accordance with annual business plan commitments.
