Summary: The Property Surveyor role involves joining a new team within a reputable Housing association in Newcastle upon Tyne. The position focuses on asset management services, including option appraisals, acquisitions, and disposals. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high standards of service and providing valuation services in accordance with RICS standards. This is a temporary to permanent position aimed at enhancing the organization's asset management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver the highest possible standard of asset management services, support and advice for the team
• Identify opportunities for improvement and address any concerns, providing guidance/training/feedback to support service delivery
• Manage the disposal/acquisition process, providing advice, conveyance plans, liaising with agents and solicitors, negotiations with purchasers, and obtaining consents for asset transactions
• Provide and/or obtain valuations for all group activities in accordance with RICS standards, including market valuations, development appraisals, and PRTB/RTA valuations

Key Skills:

• Demonstrable achievement in service delivery of Asset and Regeneration Management
• Real Estate / General Practice Surveying experience
• Ideally RICS qualified
