Sellick Partnership are pleased to be recruiting for a Property Paralegal to join a London-based local authority on a locum basis.
This role will be offered on an initial 3-month contract, with the potential to extend further. The council has a hybrid working arrangement in place, and it is preferred that the successful candidate attends the office weekly, however this could be negotiated based on location.
The Property Paralegal position entails carrying a caseload of commercial and residential property matters, including but not limited to:
- Right-to-buy
- Buy-backs
- Sales and purchases
- Lease extensions
- Post completion work
- Admin work for property
Please note, the successful candidate must have worked in property law recently, and must have dealt with right to buy matters and lease extensions. Please do not apply for this position if you do not have the relevant experience.
