Property Paralegal Leading UK Law Firm 12 month FTC.

Taylor Root have partnered with a leading UK based city law firm in their search for an experience Paralegal to join their property department in London. This role is being offered as a 12-month FTC and can be either full time or 4 days per week.

Considered to be one of the oldest law firms in London, our client has long standing reputation for serving high-net worth individuals, landed gentry, charitable institutions. With this firm, you can expect a rich history and tradition, with a growing touch of modernity. They are ranked in Tier 1, 2 & 3 (Legal 500) for almost all of their practice areas.

The Team

The property department within this firm is currently ranked in Tier 1 for Residential Property and Tier 3 for Commercial Property. The team have sector leading technical expertise in every field and advise clients on all aspects of their operation from funding to dispute resolution, to construction and sales & purchases.

The Role

You will predominantly provide paralegal / administrative support to the Knowledge Lawyers in the Property Department. This will include assisting in the preparation of articles, carrying out research, drafting monthly updates and producing summaries of topical articles in the press, helping to draft and to provide presentations.

The Ideal Candidate

Our client is seeking someone who has previous Paralegal or Legal Assistant experience ideally with a property focus. Someone with a strong academic background and a law degree (or equivalent). Those who have prior knowledge experience are also encouraged to apply.
