Property Lawyer

I am currently working with one of my Local authority clients (home counties) who are currently on the market for some interim support in the shape of a commercial property Lawyer to come and join their team.

Requirements of the position:

• At least 5 years PQE and previous experience working in a local authority setting.
• Ability to run with a mixed caseload consisting of commercial matters inclusive of; sales, purchases, new and renewed leases, licenses and title reports.
• Any wider experience across residential matters would also be a bonus but not essential.

Contract details:

• 3 Month initial contract with a strong chance of extension.
• Rate 50-55p/h.
• 37 hours p/w.
• Start date W/C 10/08 with potential flexibility of a week.
• Hybrid working arrangement with attendance required once every fortnight.
• Interviews to be held this week.
