Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Opening Team with the distribution of store plans, contractor packs, and retail packs.
  • Maintain information and property records on the M-Store Property Management database.
  • Support change of tenancy requirements for utility connections in new stores, relocations, and closures.
  • Prepare store fit-out tender packs and assist with statutory applications as required.
  • Create store posters for advertising store openings, relocations, refits, or closures.
  • Manage direct supply stock for new and existing stores, liaising with suppliers for timely stock orders.
  • Liaise with external contractors and suppliers to assist with project delivery on the Property Pipeline.

Key Skills:

  • High level of organizational skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Essential administration experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Desirable experience with Adobe Packages (InDesign & Illustrator).
