Key responsibilities
- Provide project support across multiple workstreams.
- Maintain project plans, documentation, RAID logs and reporting.
- Coordinate meetings, actions and governance activities.
- Track project progress, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Support Project Managers with planning, reporting and project administration.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure projects remain on track.
Required experience
- Previous experience as a Project Support Officer, Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or similar.
- Experience working within the water, utilities, energy or infrastructure sectors is essential.
- Strong understanding of project governance and project life cycles.
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and project management tools such as MS Project or SharePoint.
Contract details
£270 per day (Inside IR35)
Initial 3-month contract with extensions expected
Hybrid working - 3 days per week onsite in Reading
Candidates must have previous experience supporting projects within the utilities sector and be available to start at short notice.
