Your new role
We are seeking a Project Support Officer to support the successful delivery of business and technology projects.
Working alongside Project Managers and key stakeholders, you'll provide project coordination, governance, reporting, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and project documentation
- Organise meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications
- Produce status reports and track project progress
- Monitor risks, issues, actions, and dependencies
- Support project governance and delivery activities
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a Project Support, PMO or Project Coordinator role
- Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methods
- Strong organisation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Teams
