Summary: The Project Sr Analyst/Coordinator role involves coordinating project communication and reporting within the Major Project’s portfolio, ensuring quality and timeliness of reporting while collaborating with various stakeholders. The position requires the development of project updates, monitoring deliverables, and facilitating meetings to support project management. The role also includes risk management and project close-out responsibilities. This is a contract position based in Edmonton, Alberta.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project updates for Manager Projects and Enbridge Sr. Leadership on cost, schedule, risks, and decisions.
  • Provide active support during project development.
  • Monitor progress of critical deliverables and services throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and communicate timely updates on project status and performance.
  • Assist Project team in identifying, managing, and communicating risks.
  • Coordinate project close-out and turnover to the Business Unit.
  • Assist Project Managers in holding functional leads accountable for executing their strategy.
  • Monitor and track commercial and contractual transactions as required.
  • Facilitate pre-construction meetings and stakeholder progress update meetings.
  • Track Change Management process as requested by project managers.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor degree, diploma from an accredited institute, or minimum of 5 years of project coordination experience in engineering or construction management.
  • Collaborative, team- and service-oriented work style.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Professional level skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, PowerBi).
  • General understanding of pipeline and terminal operations.
  • Problem solving, decision-making, organization, planning, and leadership skills.
  • Motivated self-starter who works well independently in a fast-paced team environment.
