Summary: Site-based Quantity Surveyor needed for a Severn Trent Water project under the AMP8 scheme. The role requires proficiency in NEC forms of contract and focuses on civil engineering projects, specifically groundworks and FRC. The position is expected to last 6-9 months and is classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage site-based quantity surveying tasks for a Severn Trent Water project.
- Utilize NEC forms of contract A, B & C and options 3 & 4.
- Prepare Cost Value Reports (CVRs) and applications for payment.
- Ensure compliance with civil engineering project requirements, particularly in groundworks and FRC.

- Proficiency in NEC forms of contract.
- Experience in civil engineering projects, specifically groundworks and FRC.
- Strong skills in preparing CVRs and applications for payment.
- Ability to work on-site effectively.
