Summary: Site-based Quantity Surveyor needed for a Severn Trent Water project under the AMP8 scheme. The role requires proficiency in NEC forms of contract and involves working with CVRs and applications for payment. The position is expected to last between 6 to 9 months and is classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage site-based quantity surveying tasks for a Severn Trent Water project.
- Utilize NEC forms of contract; A, B & C and options 3&4.
- Prepare and manage Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) and applications for payment.
- Ensure compliance with civil engineering project requirements, specifically groundworks and FRC.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in NEC forms of contract.
- Experience in civil engineering projects, particularly groundworks and FRC.
- Strong understanding of Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs).
- Ability to manage applications for payment.
