The successful candidate will work closely with a Senior Surveyor and contribute to cost management and reporting. Immediate availability is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the procurement process for key packages, ensuring alignment with project requirements and budget.
• Assist in the selection, negotiation, and appointment of subcontractors for specified packages.
• Monitor performance to ensure compliance with contractual terms, quality standards, and timelines.
• Process subcontractor valuations and invoices for specific packages, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
• Provide regular updates and reports on procurement, valuation processing, and cost management to the senior surveyor.
• Handle variations, valuations, and cost value reconciliations (CVRs).
• Prepare final accounts.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on residential developments (preferably high-rise or RC frame).
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, subcontractor management, and cost control.
• Experience in managing and processing subcontractor valuations and invoices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
