Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the identification, preparation, and distribution of Project Quality Plans and procedures aligned with the Company Quality Management System (QMS).
- Plan and conduct quality audits to verify the implementation of the Project Quality Management System (PQMS).
- Conduct external audits of Vendors' and Subcontractors' QMS for compliance and quality assurance.
- Participate in Project Management meetings to coordinate Quality activities with PM activities.
- Oversee subcontractors to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Manage site non-conformities and promote proactive actions to prevent issues.
- Collect and analyze project quality data, leading the Project Quality Management Review.
- Manage the lessons learned process through the Reflex tool.
- Provide comprehensive reports on Project information and data to the Project’s Quality Manager.

- Quality Plan Architect: You will ensure the identification, preparation, and distribution of necessary Project Quality Plans and procedures aligned with our Company Quality Management System (QMS).
- Audit Strategist: Plan and conduct quality audits to verify the correct implementation of the Project Quality Management System (PQMS), ensuring that all processes meet our high standards.
- Vendor Auditor: Conduct external audits of Vendors' and Subcontractors' QMS, ensuring compliance and quality across all external partnerships.
- Project Coordination Liaison: Participate in Project Management meetings to ensure seamless coordination between Quality activities and PM activities.
- Subcontractor Supervisor: Oversee subcontractors and organizations responsible for the works, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Non-Conformity Manager: Ensure effective management of site non-conformities and promote proactive actions to prevent potential issues.
- Data Analyst: Collect and analyze project quality data, leading the Project Quality Management Review to drive continuous improvement.
- Lessons Learned Facilitator: Manage the lessons learned process through the Reflex tool, ensuring knowledge is captured and utilized for future projects.
- Reporting Specialist: Provide comprehensive reports on Project information and data to the Project’s Quality Manager.
