Project QS required for London City based Fit Out contractor on projects up to £3m
I have an immediate requirement for a Project level Quantity Surveyor for one of my clients, a c.£20m T/O Fit Out / Refurb contractor, to commercially manage one or two commercial office projects, up to the value of c.£2-£3m each.
The successful candidate will ideally have Fit Out / Refurb experience and have commercially managed their own projects from start to finish, whether one at a time or multiple projects concurrently.
The role will be based in the City with site visits as appropriate and hybird flexibility.
This position is available on a freelance, temp-to-perm or perm basis.
