Summary: The Project/Programme Manager for Business Change in the Energy Sector will lead transformation initiatives for a prominent client, focusing on delivering organizational and operational change. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of business change and transformation projects
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Drive business change initiatives across operations, processes, and systems
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure alignment
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change impacts across the programme
  • Ensure effective communication and engagement across business teams
  • Oversee governance, reporting, and project documentation
  • Support change adoption, including training, communication, and stakeholder readiness
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives

Key Skills:

  • Strong experience as a Project Manager delivering business change projects
