Summary: We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in commercial pharmaceutical operations, ideally with a solid understanding of CRM and marketing platform integrations. The ideal candidate has managed projects involving Veeva CRM and Marketo, with a strong grasp of stakeholder alignment, compliance workflows, and HCP engagement systems. While this is not a deep technical role, fluency in integration logic, data flows, and system dependencies is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects in the commercial pharmaceutical space.
  • Oversee Veeva CRM and Marketo integrations.
  • Ensure stakeholder alignment and compliance workflows.
  • Facilitate HCP engagement systems.
  • Communicate effectively with business, compliance, and technical stakeholders.

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years of Project Management in the commercial pharma space.
  • Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM (field force, Vault, Align, etc.).
