RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has an enterprise client seeking a Project/Program Manager 3 in Seattle, WA.
Summary:
This team does start up activities, which is mainly overseeing 3rd party vendors doing a lot of the finalization work toward launches of a certain type of building. The Project/Program Manager's peers will conduct the full-scale building launches and the HM's team is responsible for Grocery Implementation. After the building launches, the team is responsible for coming in and implementing the grocery components and getting that operation live - as well as undertaking more retro-fit projects to already existing buildings.
The work itself will be mainly monitoring one main vendor, for installing racking, have teams come in to do taping, hanging signs, etc to make sure it is a fit and finish product before handing it over to operations. The Project/Program Manager will be working with other vendors for smaller projects here and here. The vendor's the team works with will have one main manager that these contractors will be in communication with.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience
* Vendors management experience
* Experience with Relationship management
* Good timeline experience and holding others to timelines
* Excel/Word/Outlook experience
* Experience with launching a program/store front
* Proactive communication, working ahead of the problems and able to communicate activity

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range.
