Summary: The role of Project Planner involves leading a project for a technology company in partnership with a Defence organisation, focusing on the fit-out of a secure building. The position requires an experienced planner with expertise in NEC4, cost estimating, and detailed project planning. The contract is part-time, requiring 2 to 3 days a week, and has the potential for extension until 2027. Candidates must be eligible for SC Clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning efforts for the fit-out of a secure building.
- Create and manage NEC4 programme plans.
- Develop construction plans and project schedules.
- Utilize P6 or Microsoft Project for project management.
- Develop resource profiles from project plans.
- Consolidate multiple plans into a master plan, including subcontract consultants.
- Create, administer, and develop RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) documentation.
Key Skills:
- Experience with NEC4 programme planning.
- Construction planning and project management experience.
- Proficiency in P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Ability to develop resource profiles from plans.
- Experience in consolidating multiple plans into a master plan.
- Skills in RAID documentation creation and management.
