Summary: The Project Planner role is a 6-month contract based in Bolton, focusing on planning and scheduling within a leading Defence and Aerospace company. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyzing ongoing progress and performance
• Preparing reports and recommending actions to maintain or improve progress
• Establishing and initiating the overall project schedule
• Supporting the development of planning skills across the project team
• Integrating all work package plans and ensuring full integration
• Supporting work package teams in updating their plans monthly
• Producing, distributing, and reporting project schedule data
• Managing the Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology
• Managing the project critical path analysis process

Key Skills:

• Experience with Primavera and SAP PS
• Ability to work in large teams with diverse skills (Engineering, Finance, Commercial, Project Management, etc.)
• Proven level of commercial and financial management experience
