Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for keeping project plans on track throughout the Genesis project lifecycle.
• Dedicated to planning and monitoring multiple projects from beginning to end.
• Monitor planning initiation, project planning, and link with partners on progress, risks, and issues.
• Manage planning sessions with partners and assess long-term planning strategy.
• Assess project critical paths and propose mitigation options for associated risks.
• Ensure project actions are completed on schedule and track actions/decisions and KPIs.
• Set up and update high-level planning for communication to management and teams.
• Consolidate detailed planning from key partners into an integrated master plan.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering.
• Extensive experience in a Capex project environment.
• Extensive experience in project planning/coordination within the Pharma Industry.
• Excellent time-management, planning, and organizational skills.
