Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for keeping project plans on track throughout the Genesis project lifecycle.
- Dedicated to planning and monitoring multiple projects from beginning to end.
- Monitor planning initiation, project planning, and link with partners on progress, risks, and issues.
- Manage planning sessions with partners and assess long-term planning strategy.
- Assess project critical paths and propose mitigation options for associated risks.
- Ensure project actions are completed on schedule and track actions/decisions and KPIs.
- Set up and update high-level planning for communication to management and teams.
- Consolidate detailed planning from key partners into an integrated master plan.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering.
- Extensive experience in a Capex project environment.
- Extensive experience in project planning/coordination within the Pharma Industry.
- Excellent time-management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills (writing and editing) for effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary and multinational teams.
