Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules for successful project delivery.
- Support project managers and stakeholders with accurate planning, progress tracking, and reporting.
- Manage dependencies across multiple programme workstreams to ensure alignment and minimize delivery risks.
Key Skills:
- Experience of HCM Fusion and e-business suite - beneficial.
- ERP implementation or upgrade programme experience (preferably Oracle) - essential.
- Proven experience as a Project Planner in large-scale infrastructure or energy projects.
- Proficiency in planning software (MS Project or similar).
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMO frameworks).
- Experience in dependency management across complex programmes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of risk management and cost control principles.
