Project Pipeline Management - AI Capability - Central Government - London - 6 months - SC Clearance

I have an immediate opportunity for someone to help a major government client to provide a controlled, transparent flow of AI opportunities from initial request through discovery into prioritisation, commissioning, or delivery.

You will help ensure that only well-defined, evidence-based problems linked to genuine organisational and strategic needs enter delivery.

Due to the nature of the client and the urgency of the projects, ideal candidates will hold active SC Clearance. The role is based in London, and they offer Hybrid working.

I am therefore keen to speak with candidates who have:

• Experience in pipeline, portfolio, or demand management within complex organisations, ideally within government/public sector organisations.
• Proven ability to design and operate structured intake and discovery processes.
• Ability to translate ambiguous or fragmented demand into clear, decision-ready problem statements.
• Experience working across engagement, insight, and delivery functions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leaders.
• Ability to apply prioritisation frameworks and support evidence-based decision making.
• AI capability awareness
