Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting project teams with data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Producing Excel-based reports to monitor cost, schedule, and delivery
  • Extracting and working with data from systems such as SAP or other project tools
  • Creating clear PowerPoint packs for project reviews and leadership updates
  • Using Power BI dashboards to understand and communicate trends
  • Working closely with stakeholders across manufacturing and project teams

Key Skills:

  • Experience working with data in a project, manufacturing, or operations environment
  • Strong Excel capability, including lookup formulas, conditional formulas, pivot tables, and conditional formatting
  • Supporting reporting from systems such as SAP, MS Project, JIRA, or similar
  • Ability to turn data into clear, structured outputs for stakeholders
  • Confident communication with different teams
  • Experience using Power Query and maintaining or updating Power BI reports/dashboards (nice to have)

Looking to step into a PMO / Project role where you can use data to support real delivery?This is a great opportunity to join a manufacturing project team working on complex engineering programmes.You’ll be supporting Project Managers and Heads of Manufacturing by turning data into clear insights — helping track performance, highlight risks, and keep projects moving.It’s a strong stepping stone for someone looking to build a career in Project Management / PMO within a highly structured environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting project teams with data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Producing Excel-based reports to monitor cost, schedule, and delivery
  • Extracting and working with data from systems such as SAP or other project tools
  • Creating clear PowerPoint packs for project reviews and leadership updates
  • Using Power BI dashboards to understand and communicate trends
  • Working closely with stakeholders across manufacturing and project teams

What we’re looking for:

You don’t need to tick every box, but you’ll likely have experience in:

  • Working with data in a project, manufacturing, or operations environment
  • Strong Excel capability, including: Lookup formulas (e.g. VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
  • Conditional formulas
  • Pivot tables
  • Conditional formatting
  • Supporting reporting from systems such as SAP, MS Project, JIRA, or similar
  • Turning data into clear, structured outputs for stakeholders
  • Communicating confidently with different teams

Nice to have:

  • Experience using Power Query
  • Experience maintaining or updating Power BI reports/dashboards
