Summary: The role of Project Manager focuses on leading a short-term project for the implementation and optimization of a Workforce Management and Rostering platform. The successful candidate will ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget while collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve measurable business value. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, delivery, and execution of a workforce management/rostering platform project.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery within the 3-4 month timeframe.
  • Work closely with finance and commercial teams to ensure project decisions support cost control, ROI, and operational value.
  • Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders throughout implementation.
  • Drive clear governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
  • Ensure the system supports operational requirements including rostering, workforce optimisation, and resource planning.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and maximise value from the platform.

We are seeking an experienced Business focused Project Manager to lead a short-term, delivery-focused project centred around the implementation and optimisation of a Workforce Management and Rostering platform.

This role requires someone who can quickly take ownership, drive momentum, and ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget, and with strong commercial oversight. You will work closely with finance, operational, and technical stakeholders to ensure the platform delivers measurable business value.

The Role
