Summary: The role of Project Manager focuses on leading a short-term project for the implementation and optimization of a Workforce Management and Rostering platform. Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Business focused Project Manager to lead a short-term, delivery-focused project centred around the implementation and optimisation of a Workforce Management and Rostering platform.
This role requires someone who can quickly take ownership, drive momentum, and ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget, and with strong commercial oversight. You will work closely with finance, operational, and technical stakeholders to ensure the platform delivers measurable business value.
