Summary: The Technical Project Manager will oversee the shaping, discovery, and RFP process for a company-wide Windows infrastructure upgrade and Office 365 deployment. This role involves collaboration with various technical and business teams to ensure project deliverables are met while managing risks and dependencies. The position requires effective communication with senior stakeholders to provide clear updates on project progress. The contract is for three months with a hybrid working arrangement, requiring onsite presence 1-2 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the initial shaping, discovery, and RFP process for Windows infrastructure upgrade and Office 365 deployment.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure engineers, architects, business analysts, and business change teams to define clear deliverables.
  • Manage risk, identify dependencies, and keep the project on track against time, cost, and quality metrics.
  • Communicate effectively across technical and business teams, translating complex details into clear updates for senior stakeholders.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience leading technical transformation projects such as infrastructure, desktop environments, or cloud tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Office 365, Windows OS, and enterprise IT.

Your Background

Proven experience leading technical transformation projects such as infrastructure, desktop environments or cloud tools. Strong knowledge of Office 365, Windows OS and enterprise IT.
