Summary: The role is for an experienced Project Manager specializing in Water or Heavy Civils, tasked with overseeing a Water Framework project in Surrey. This long-term site-based contract is expected to last 18-24 months and requires expertise in managing multidisciplinary trades and subcontractors. Candidates with a background in wastewater or heavy civils are preferred, and a Thames Water Passport is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a Water Framework project in Surrey.
- Oversee earthworks, deep drainage, utilities, and installation of RC structures and tanks.
- Handle subcontractor management of multidisciplinary trades.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and report on project progress.
Key Skills:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or HND Equivalent.
- Experience in the Wastewater sector or heavy civils for a main contractor/Tier 1.
- Ability to drive due to location.
- Thames Water Passport (highly desirable).

Randstad are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager with a background in Water or Heavy Civils to work on a Water Framework project in Surrey.
This is a long term site based contract expected to last a minimum of 18-24 months paid LTD (subject to satisfactory IR35 Assessment)
Scope of works include earthworks, deep drainage, utilities, installation of RC structures and tanks.
Previous experience working on a water framework and subcontractor management of multidisciplinary trades is highly desirable. Will also consider candidates from a heavy civils highways or rail background.
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering or HND Equivalent
Experience working within the Wastewater sector or heavy civils for a main contractor / Tier 1
Must be able to drive due to location
