Key Responsibilities:
- Run the programme, project planning and execution, including timelines, resourcing, budgets, risk management and critical path delivery.
- Manage stakeholders, the general public, local authorities, and the client.
- Manage change and work with the commercial team to manage variations.
- Inform the client of risk and perform risk management.
- Help with engineering problems and manage procurement.
- Escalate issues and provide clear recommendations to the programme management team.
- Familiarity with NEC3 or NEC4 contracts.
Key Skills:
- SMSTS certification.
- CSCS Black or Gold card.
- 3-day first aid certification.
- EUSR Water certification.
- EUSR 1 & 2 certification.
- Thames Water Passport.
- Experience in civil engineering and waste water infrastructure projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage risks and provide solutions.
- Experience with NEC3 or NEC4 contracts.
Salary (Rate): £550 daily

We urgently need a Project Manager for a Civil Engineering and Waste Water Infrastructure site in Bishop's Stortford. Working on site a few day per week, the rest can be from home or in the office. We need someone who has:
- SMSTS
- CSCS Black or Gold
- 3 day first aid
- EUSR Water
- EUSR 1 & 2
- Thames Water Passport
