Project Manager (Utilities)

Summary: The Project Manager role in Twyford, Buckinghamshire, involves overseeing utility works for a major infrastructure project. Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise effectively with clients and internal teams
• Manage quality control and ensure timely procurement and availability of materials
• Coordinate 4-week lookahead programmes and maintain Clause 32 schedules
• Supervise a team of 3-4 staff along with subcontractors
• Monitor site progress and report regularly to the Contract Manager
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

Key Skills:

• A valid Black CSCS Card or Equivalent
• SMSTS certification
• First Aid qualification
• A full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle
• 5-10 years of proven experience managing utilities projects within civil engineering
• TWC (Temporary Works Coordinator) certification
• NRSWA Supervisor (beneficial)
