Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise effectively with clients and internal teams
- Manage quality control and ensure timely procurement and availability of materials
- Coordinate 4-week lookahead programmes and maintain Clause 32 schedules
- Supervise a team of 3-4 staff along with subcontractors
- Monitor site progress and report regularly to the Contract Manager
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Key Skills:
- A valid Black CSCS Card or Equivalent
- SMSTS certification
- First Aid qualification
- A full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle
- 5-10 years of proven experience managing utilities projects within civil engineering
- TWC (Temporary Works Coordinator) certification
- NRSWA Supervisor (beneficial)
