Summary: We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee the implementation of a Treasury Platform for a prominent asset management firm in Mayfair. The role involves managing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring integration with existing systems, and collaborating with various stakeholders. The position requires a strong background in Treasury Management Systems and industry knowledge in cash management and liquidity. This is an on-site role for 3-4 days a week, outside of IR35 regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full-lifecycle implementation of a specialist Treasury Management System (TMS).
  • Coordinate between internal stakeholders (Finance, IT, Operations) and external vendors.
  • Manage project timelines, risk mitigation, and technical documentation.
  • Configure and optimize workflows within the platform to meet specific operational needs.

Key Skills:

  • Proven Track Record: You must have led at least one full Treasury platform implementation from scratch.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with FIS Integrity or similar Tier-1 Treasury platforms (eg, Kyriba, Quantum).
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity, and debt funds.
  • Presence: Comfortable working on-site in Mayfair 3-4 days per week.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a critical Treasury Platform implementation for a leading alternative asset management firm based in Mayfair. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the platform, ensuring seamless integration with existing financial workflows and data structures.
