Summary: The Project Manager for Transformation & Change will lead multiple change initiatives within the customer engineering business area, ensuring strategic alignment and successful delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality programmes for transformation and change initiatives.
- Track performance, dependencies, and identify risks or delivery clashes.
- Engage stakeholders to keep initiatives on track and aligned.
- Update project tools and trackers regularly.
- Communicate progress and outcomes clearly and consistently.
- Drive change and transformation strategically—understand the “what” and plan the “how.”
- Support regulatory activities, new frameworks for tech contractors, processes, and capability development.
- Collaborate with procurement and contract management teams on engineering frameworks (FEED).
