Our Blue-Chip Telecoms Client are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong Telecoms background with Ethernet, Layer 2, Fibre etc and migration experience.
It will be an initial 3 month contract but extensions likely and can be based either Reading or in Glasgow and must be via an Umbrella Company.
Must be hands on with decent technical understanding.
Migrating all Layer 2 equipment & Services such as CISCO Sienna, Radio, Fibre etc.
Setting up a data room - currently have 1 room operational & need another.
Racks, cabling. Infrastructure mostly in place although need to migrate services & radio mast.
Kit ordering Drive methodical migration of services.
Governance and Change Control, create change requests Working with 3rd parties.
