Summary: The role of Project Manager focuses on leading customer-facing digital engineering programmes within the Digital Engineering Team. The successful candidate will manage complex technology transformation projects, collaborating with various stakeholders and engineering teams. This position requires a strong background in Agile methodologies and experience in delivering large-scale projects. The role is a 6-month contract based in Leeds/Bradford, requiring in-person attendance two days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital engineering and technology transformation projects.
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, budget, quality and timelines.
- Work closely with Solution Architects, Technical Leads, Software Engineers and Operations teams throughout the project life cycle.
- Coordinate technical dependencies across engineering, infrastructure and business teams.
- Drive project governance, RAID management, reporting and executive stakeholder communications.
- Facilitate planning sessions, sprint reviews and programme governance meetings.
- Ensure customer deliverables are successfully transitioned into business-as-usual operations.
Key Skills:
- Significant experience delivering large-scale digital engineering or technology programmes.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience working with Software Engineering, Cloud, Infrastructure and Solution Architecture teams.
