Summary: The role of Project Manager involves leading the delivery of customer-facing digital engineering programmes within the Digital Engineering Team. The successful candidate will manage complex technology transformation projects, collaborating with various stakeholders and engineering teams. This position requires significant experience in Agile methodologies and managing multiple workstreams. The contract is for 6 months, with a focus on ensuring successful project governance and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital engineering and technology transformation projects.
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, budget, quality and timelines.
- Work closely with Solution Architects, Technical Leads, Software Engineers and Operations teams throughout the project life cycle.
- Coordinate technical dependencies across engineering, infrastructure and business teams.
- Drive project governance, RAID management, reporting and executive stakeholder communications.
- Facilitate planning sessions, sprint reviews and programme governance meetings.
- Ensure customer deliverables are successfully transitioned into business-as-usual operations.
Key Skills:
- Significant experience delivering large-scale digital engineering or technology programmes.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience working with Software Engineering, Cloud, Infrastructure and Solution Architecture teams.

The successful candidate will lead the delivery of customer-facing digital engineering programmes, working closely with engineering teams, Solution Architects, Product Owners, Operations and business stakeholders.
