Summary: The role of Project Manager (Target Operating Model) involves leading significant projects within a financial services context, focusing on the delivery of a new target operating model or outsourcing initiatives. This position is a 6-month contract based in the UK, with potential for extension. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large-scale projects and working under tight deadlines, particularly in the pensions, banking, or FMCG industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BPA project experience
  • Delivery of a new TOM/service model (customer ops, ideally) or delivery of an outsourcing project (new service) or delivery of a migration project or CRM deployment experience
  • Experience of large projects or programmes
  • Experience of working to tight deadlines to get allocated work stream up and running (and at key points in delivery cycle)
  • Good with detail, as many moving parts both in terms of scope and also internal governance processes
  • Ideally, pensions industry experience, else banking or FMCG Industry
