Summary: The Project Manager role involves overseeing a £1.3 million refurbishment project for a school in Buckinghamshire. The position requires managing site operations, ensuring health and safety compliance, and coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver the project on time and within budget. The contract is set for one year, starting in May 2025, with a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Site managers and coordinate day-to-day site operations
- Conduct Health & Safety inspections, including regular site assessments
- Ensure project progress meets deadlines
- Attend site on a weekly basis
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
- Oversee site operations
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget to the highest quality
- Deliver site meetings with all management and subcontractors
- Liaise with the client in a professional manner
