Summary: The Project Manager role involves overseeing a £1.3 million refurbishment project for a school in Buckinghamshire. The position requires managing site operations, ensuring health and safety compliance, and coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver the project on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Site managers and coordinate day-to-day site operations
  • Conduct Health & Safety inspections, including regular site assessments
  • Ensure project progress meets deadlines
  • Attend site on a weekly basis
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
  • Oversee site operations
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget to the highest quality
  • Deliver site meetings with all management and subcontractors
  • Liaise with the client in a professional manner
