Summary: The role of Project Manager - Software Asset Management involves overseeing a portfolio of IT projects for a client with significant annual revenue. The position requires managing both IT Infrastructure and IT Solutions projects, from inception to go-live, within a hybrid working environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of technologies and systems, enhancing their skillset in a dynamic team setting. This is a 6-month contract position based in Leeds, with a focus on delivering projects within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of IT projects, ensuring successful delivery from inception to go-live.
- Oversee both IT Infrastructure and IT Solutions projects, tracking progress and budget adherence.
- Collaborate with various teams to implement technology solutions across stores, offices, and warehouses.
- Utilize project management expertise to handle large-scale projects and programmes of work.
Key Skills:
- Significant project management experience, particularly with large projects (circa £1M).
- Expertise in IT domain and familiarity with various technologies and systems.
- Strong organizational and budget management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid team environment.
