Summary: The Project Manager for the Single App is responsible for bridging strategy and execution across Product and Channel initiatives within a centralized digital platform. Role: Project Manager (Product & Channel | Single App)

Business Areas : Product : Responsible for defining features, roadmap, and value delivery to users. Channel : Responsible for customer acquisition, distribution, partnerships, and engagement strategy. Sub-Business Area : Single App : A centralized digital touchpoint (likely mobile/web app) through which both Product and Channel strategies are executed.

Your Role as Project Manager

You are the connector and execution lead bridging strategy and delivery for Product and Channel within the Single App environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Alignment

Ensure that Product and Channel objectives are represented and delivered in the app. Translate high-level business goals into executable project plans. Act as a liaison between stakeholders in both Business Areas.

  1. Program & Project Management

Lead end-to-end delivery of initiatives within the Single App. Build and manage cross-functional roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, and budgets. Monitor risks and resolve issues across Product and Channel teams.

  1. Cross-Domain Coordination

Coordinate initiatives where product features need go-to-market planning via channel teams (e.g., launching a subscription feature with a push campaign). Ensure seamless communication and handoffs between app development, marketing, UX/UI, data, and QA.

  1. Delivery Oversight for Single App

Drive agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retros, reviews) across multiple business areas feeding into the app. Ensure app releases meet both product value and channel reach targets. Collaborate with platform teams (engineering, DevOps) to manage app builds and releases.

  1. Performance & Reporting

Track delivery progress (burn down, feature completion, launch status). Report status to leadership, including risks, blockers, and trade-off decisions. Measure KPIs such as adoption, retention, and channel engagement via the app.
