We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new service desk product/service. This is a part time contract role (2-3 days/week) for a minimum of 3 months, covering both project delivery and warranty/support post go-live.

What we need:

  • Proven experience as a project manager in delivering new service desk solutions to organisations (eg ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira Service Management)

  • Able to work independently and coordinate across multiple stakeholders

  • Willing to attend on-site meetings, including joint sessions in Manchester. A valid UK driving licence and car will be essential.

  • Available to start soon and commit for at least 3 months
