Role Summary
This is a hybrid commercial and technical delivery role.
Approximately 60% of the position will focus on the end-to-end delivery of IPv4 Monetisation, Dual Stack IPv4/IPv6 and CGNAT DS-Lite.
Approximately 40% will support the Data Value Creation portfolio, helping a small team turn data-led opportunities into structured, prioritised and measurable initiatives.
Some Key Responsibilities include
- Lead end-to-end delivery of the IPv4 Monetisation programme, with a focus on Dual Stack IPv4/IPv6 and CGNAT DS-Lite.
- Develop and maintain integrated plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, budget, risks, issues, decisions and benefits.
- Coordinate engineering, wholesale, security, architecture, product, commercial, operations and external vendors to achieve agreed outcomes.
- Interpret technical, commercial, regulatory and operational requirements and embed them into delivery plans and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure timely delivery of mandated milestones, supported by proportionate risk assessments, mitigation plans and clear escalation routes.
- Provide concise, evidence-based reporting for senior technical and business stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Experience
7+ years of programme or project management experience, with substantial delivery experience in telecommunications, network infrastructure or another regulated technology environment.
Demonstrable experience managing network infrastructure initiatives such as mobile, fibre or core IP delivery.
Strong financial and commercial skills, including the ability to interpret data, track benefits and present financial or business outcomes clearly.
Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
Strong governance, planning, risk, issue, dependency, documentation and executive reporting capabilities.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver defined outcomes.
Excellent leadership, communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
Project management certification or demonstrable equivalent experience in Agile, SAFe or hybrid delivery environments.
Proficiency with relevant delivery and reporting tools, such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence and Excel.
Ability to work independently and navigate complex, process-layered environments.
Technical and Domain Knowledge
Understanding of IPv4/IPv6, Dual Stack and CGNAT DS-Lite concepts and delivery considerations.
Familiarity with telecommunications security controls, including access management, supply-chain risk and network monitoring.
Awareness of service readiness, operational acceptance, incident response and national network deployment considerations.
Ability to work effectively with data and analytics teams, even where the subject matter is initially unfamiliar.
