Summary: We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in SAP S/4HANA and preferably Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) to lead a large-scale transformation program. The role involves driving project delivery across technology and business processes while ensuring alignment between logistics and supply chain functions. The candidate will manage planning, execution, risk, and stakeholder alignment throughout the EWM implementation life cycle. This position is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days per week in West London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with managing the delivery of SAP S/4HANA projects with a focus on EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
  • Assist with Overseeing project planning, status reporting, issue and risk management, and stakeholder communication
  • Work closely with functional teams, systems integrators, warehouse operations, and technical architects
  • Asssit with driving integration between warehouse systems, SAP S/4 modules, and third-party logistics platforms
  • Coordinate cutover planning, data migration, and testing activities across EWM-related tracks
  • Facilitate workshops and cross-functional discussions to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, resource allocations, and dependencies
  • Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, change control, and programme methodology
  • Provide regular updates and escalation to senior leadership and steering groups

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager on SAP S/4HANA programmes, ideally within Supply Chain or Logistics domains
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across IT, business, and third-party vendors
  • Strong project management skills (planning, risk management, RAID, governance)
  • Experience with agile, hybrid, or waterfall methodologies
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
