Summary: The Project Manager for RC Frame will oversee the delivery of construction projects valued between £5 million and £15 million, focusing on reinforced concrete structures. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage site teams and maintain client relationships. The position is with a growing contractor known for high-quality project delivery in both residential and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering and proven experience in managing RC Frame projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the site team and manage programme delivery for RC Frame construction projects.
- Ensure technical compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain strong client relationships and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Oversee project packages valued between £5 million and £15 million.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience managing RC Frame projects to successful completion.
- Strong technical understanding of reinforced concrete structures.

Finally, some of the projects are coming through BSR so our client is now looking to expand their managerial team. The business has a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, covering both Residential and Commercial sectors.
About the Opportunity
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with specialist knowledge of RC Frame construction to deliver packages valued between £5 million and £15 million. You’ll be responsible for leading the site team, managing programme delivery, ensuring technical compliance, and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
About the Requirements
- Proven experience managing RC Frame projects to successful completion
