Summary: The Project/Product Manager role is a 6-month contract based in London, focused on optimizing software tools and AI technology within the business. The candidate will lead a team to assess current software capabilities, streamline processes, and document productivity improvements. Experience with specific tools and offshore teams is essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand which tools are used and how they are used together from an end-to-end perspective.
- Streamline the tools and create a standardized and holistic approach.
- Understand and classify the "right" number of tools and communicate to various business units which tools are available centrally and what they are used for.
- Understand and document AI usability and use cases.
- Documenting and showcasing the productivity value (e.g., cost/time saved, etc.) by creating Business cases for the Senior leadership team.
- Lead a team of 4 Engineers and a Business Analyst.
Key Skills:
- Experience with Monday.com, Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Adobe Creative Cloud (Core).
- Ability to work with offshore teams.
- Strong understanding of software capabilities and AI technology.
- Experience in creating business cases and documenting productivity improvements.
- Leadership skills to manage a team of engineers and analysts.
