Summary: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/PMO Specialist to support a global HR transformation programme, focusing on the delivery of a new HCM platform and enhancements to employee experience. This role is crucial for coordinating cross-functional workstreams and maintaining programme governance within a large international organisation. The position is hybrid, requiring three days on-site in Central London. The contract is for six months with the possibility of extension and is classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of projects within the Employee Experience programme.
- Maintain and enhance PMO standards, templates, and governance frameworks.
- Manage RAID logs, programme plans, milestones, and interdependencies.
- Produce high-quality programme reports, dashboards, and SteerCo packs.
- Facilitate workstream meetings and support planning and delivery cycles.
- Coach project leads on planning, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Drive process improvement and contribute to PMO maturity uplift.
Key Skills:
- Strong Project Management/PMO background
- Track record supporting 3-4+ PMO implementations in complex environments.
- Understanding of programme delivery frameworks and governance best practice.
- Comfortable engaging senior leaders and cross-functional global teams.
- Experience supporting Workday or similar HRIS implementations preferred.
- PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification desirable.

This role plays a key part in shaping future HR services across a large international organisation.
You will work within the HR Portfolio & Programme team to coordinate cross-functional workstreams, maintain programme governance, ensure delivery excellence, and provide visibility of risks, decisions, and progress across a multi-year portfolio of projects.
