About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager with deep expertise in physical security systems, particularly Electronic Access Control Systems (EACS) such as Lenel OnGuard and Nedap AEOS. This role involves managing end-to-end security projects and mentoring new Security Functional Administrators.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management (70%)
Lead, plan, design, execute, and deliver physical security projects on time and within budget.
Develop detailed project plans including scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for seamless project execution.
