Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery within Pharma / Life Sciences environments.
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
- Work closely with senior business and technical stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and steering committee discussions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Drive process improvements and support transformation initiatives.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, and executive presentations.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience working as a Project Manager within consulting environments.
- Previous experience delivering projects for Pharma, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences clients.
- Strong understanding of how large pharmaceutical organisations operate.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and “speak the language” of big pharma companies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams and complex project environments.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Candidates with prior consulting experience are highly preferred, as they have consistently been the most successful within the team environment.
