Project Manager (Payments Transformation)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex change and transformation projects
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, dependencies and resources
• Drive stakeholder engagement across Product, Operations, Technology and senior business teams
• Manage RAID logs, governance forums and project reporting
• Ensure delivery is completed on time, within budget and in line with regulatory requirements
• Support business readiness, change adoption and operational implementation activities

Required Experience

• Recent financial services or banking experience
• A proven track record delivering large-scale change or transformation programmes
• Strong Project Management experience within complex, regulated environments
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including senior business stakeholders
• Experience managing governance, budgets, risks and delivery dependencies

Highly Desirable

• Payments experience
• Commercial or corporate banking experience
• Cards, issuing, acquiring or payment platform experience
• Product transformation, process automation or platform integration programme experience
