Summary: The Project Manager (Partnerships) role at Without Walls is a fixed-term position covering maternity leave for 11 months, starting in June 2025. The successful candidate will be integral to the Festivals team, focusing on the delivery of the Without Walls Touring Network Partnership and various strategic projects. Key responsibilities include managing relationships with festival partners, coordinating events, and supporting budget management and evaluation processes. This part-time role requires strong organizational and communication skills to effectively engage with multiple stakeholders in the outdoor arts sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the effective delivery of the Without Walls Touring Network Partnership and Audience Engagement programme.
- Develop relationships with festival partners and support artists in delivering strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate logistics for network meetings, training sessions, and other related events.
- Prepare meeting papers and take minutes as necessary.
- Maintain communication with festival partners, artists, Board members, and stakeholders.
- Gather information for the partner newsletter.
- Assist in preparing and monitoring contracts and grant agreements with partners.
- Monitor project budgets and manage the audience engagement open call process.
- Contribute to evaluation analysis to identify trends and recommendations for future development.
