Project Manager - Oracle Opera Cloud Migration
Location: Hybrid (3 days/week preferred), London
Contract: Initial engagement with strong potential for extension

Day rate plus travel expenses. Outside of IR35.

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a critical digital transformation within our Clients hospitality industry: the migration from Oracle Opera to Opera Cloud. The role will focus on overseeing all aspects of delivery-from planning and coordination through to go-live and hypercare-with the opportunity to extend into additional transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Delivery planning, stakeholder alignment, and risk mitigation
    • Coordination of technical readiness, training approach (Train-the-Trainer and/or F2F), UAT, cutover and hypercare
    • Strong collaboration with vendor partners and internal tech/ops teams

Other Projects include:

  • Booking Engine/Channel Manager Migration

Scope:

    • Migration of booking engine and channel manager
    • Coordination with PMS and CRS integrations
    • Front End configuration, testing, and operational go-live
  • Payments Transformation

Scope:

    • Oversee full implementation of new payment gateway
    • Manage integrations with PMS, booking engine, and POS
    • Ensure PCI compliance and risk mitigation throughout

Candidate Profile:
