Summary: A leading investment management business is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee a significant People & Culture transformation programme focused on Oracle HCM Cloud. The role demands expertise in change delivery, stakeholder management, and familiarity with People & Culture and Finance processes. The Project Manager will coordinate multiple workstreams to ensure successful outcomes within a complex global organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate delivery activity across multiple change workstreams within the People & Culture transformation programme.
- Drive planning, delivery frameworks, RAID management, reporting and stakeholder communication to ensure progress, compliance and timely outcomes.
- Work with People & Culture, Technology, Finance, and delivery partners to define scope, schedules, business impacts, resourcing, and success measures.
- Support delivery of initiatives spanning Recruiting, Absence, Talent, Performance, OTL and Workforce Compensation, ensuring alignment to business objectives and best-practice HR processes.
- Provide structure and clarity around design, configuration, testing, cutover and readiness activities, including governance oversight.
- Ensure programme artefacts, decisions, risks, dependencies and change controls are consistently documented, communicated and escalated appropriately.
- Engage senior business stakeholders and programme leadership, creating delivery transparency, alignment, and confidence on progress, issues and decisions.
Key Skills:
- Proven track record of delivering complex change programmes, ideally within global or regulated environments.
- Relevant business experience across People & Culture operations including Recruiting, Absence, Talent & Performance, OTL and Workforce Compensation.
- Understanding of Finance processes within enterprise organisations.
- Exposure to the Oracle platform and the relevant People & Culture and/or Finance modules (experience in Oracle HCM Cloud or ERP advantageous).
- Strong governance discipline, including RAID management, structured reporting, documentation and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple streams, define priorities, and influence business and technical teams.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including work with senior stakeholders, HR and Technology teams, and external partners.
- Highly organised, delivery-focused and comfortable operating in fast-paced transformation environments.
