Summary: Whitebridge is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the implementation of a new procurement and inventory management solution, with a strong emphasis on Oracle E-business Suite. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management within large-scale complex programmes, particularly in finance, projects, and procurement. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the implementation of a new procurement and inventory management solution.
- Lead project management for end-to-end delivery in large-scale complex programmes.
- Apply project governance concepts and negotiate timelines and delivery metrics.
- Identify and manage key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop counter-measures and contingency plans for significant project risks.
- Implement project change control mechanisms and ensure operational transition.
- Maintain a high level of planning aptitude and customer-focused approach.
Key Skills:
- Extensive Oracle E-business Suite delivery experience, particularly in Finance, Projects, and Procurement.
- Experience as a project management lead for end-to-end delivery.
- Strong negotiation skills regarding timelines and delivery metrics.
- Ability to identify and manage key stakeholders effectively.
- Knowledge of project risks and issues management.
- Experience in developing contingency plans for project risks.
- Understanding of project change control mechanisms and service acceptance processes.
- High level of planning aptitude and customer-focused approach.

Experience required
- Extensive Oracle E-business Suite delivery experience is essential, particularly in the Finance, Projects and Procurement space
- Experience working as a project management lead for an e2e delivery as part of large scale complex programmes is essential
- Ability to apply the concepts of project governance.
- Ability to negotiate timelines and other delivery metrics around projects.
- Ability to identify and manage key stakeholders.
- Application of the concepts of project risks and issues.
- Ability to develop counter-measures and contingency plans associated with significant project risk.
- Ability to choose and deploy the appropriate approaches for the projects being delivered.
- Application of relevant project change control mechanisms, including the transition process into operations and acceptance criteria.
- Clear understanding of the operational change control and service acceptance processes
- Shows a high level of planning aptitude.
- Customer focused approach.
