Summary: Whitebridge is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the implementation of a new procurement and inventory management solution, with a strong emphasis on Oracle E-business Suite. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management within large-scale complex programmes, particularly in finance, projects, and procurement. The role requires a customer-focused approach and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement with an immediate start required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation of a new procurement and inventory management solution.
  • Lead project management for end-to-end delivery in large-scale complex programmes.
  • Apply project governance concepts and negotiate timelines and delivery metrics.
  • Identify and manage key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop counter-measures and contingency plans for significant project risks.
  • Implement project change control mechanisms and ensure operational transition.
  • Maintain a high level of planning aptitude and customer-focused approach.

Key Skills:

  • Extensive Oracle E-business Suite delivery experience, particularly in Finance, Projects, and Procurement.
  • Experience as a project management lead for end-to-end delivery.
  • Strong negotiation skills regarding timelines and delivery metrics.
  • Ability to identify and manage key stakeholders effectively.
  • Knowledge of project risks and issues management.
  • Experience in developing contingency plans for project risks.
  • Understanding of project change control mechanisms and service acceptance processes.
  • High level of planning aptitude and customer-focused approach.

Salary (Rate): £650 per day

Whitebridge is looking for a Project Manager to manage the implementation of a new procurement and inventory management solution.

Experience required

  • Extensive Oracle E-business Suite delivery experience is essential, particularly in the Finance, Projects and Procurement space
  • Experience working as a project management lead for an e2e delivery as part of large scale complex programmes is essential
  • Ability to apply the concepts of project governance.
  • Ability to negotiate timelines and other delivery metrics around projects.
  • Ability to identify and manage key stakeholders.
  • Application of the concepts of project risks and issues.
  • Ability to develop counter-measures and contingency plans associated with significant project risk.
  • Ability to choose and deploy the appropriate approaches for the projects being delivered.
  • Application of relevant project change control mechanisms, including the transition process into operations and acceptance criteria.
  • Clear understanding of the operational change control and service acceptance processes
  • Shows a high level of planning aptitude.
  • Customer focused approach.
